There are many ways you can help continue our amazing work.

The Propel Initiative is a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization which Provides Real Opportunities to Prepare and Empower Young Ladies. It is uniquely designed to walk alongside girls from the day they turn 12 through the day they turn 21. We provide the solution to breaking the cycle of girls feeling alone and lost in the struggle to navigate issues in their middle, high school and college journies. We give them emotional, spiritual and mental support and work with them to prevent or recover from issues and train them on how to handle them with grace and strength. We select girls facing the most significant barriers to future success and provide a place of belonging and a sisterhood of girls wanting to find their purpose and walk royally.

Your generous donation will have a direct impact on the lives of teen girls who need it the most. Most donations go directly toward our Queen Connection Workshops and PROPEL Teen Camp. By donating or sponsoring, you’ll help us to:

Continue to run the Queen Connection Workshops and teach girls essential life skills that will help create a beautiful future.
Provide necessary lesson supplies and materials for the girls and volunteers.
Give the girls valuable experiences through inspiring field trips where they volunteer in the community, using skills they have learned.
Expand the program into an after school program.
Fund the week-long summer overnight camp.
